Can I get a government job when charged Arms Act.

I am selected in up lekhpal , I am facing a false case of 25 arms act, my name and my fathers name is correct but my address is not correct in case record. joining process has started for the job. may I get the job? if any problem come,how should I get the job?
You will have to give the complete details regarding what exactly is the allegation against you? It would be much better if you could send the complete papers pertaining to the case against you and your father. When did the case start?

For better answer in respect of your query I would like to know the status of your case under arms act, if chargesheet has been filed against u then get it quashed, however merely allegations won't stop you joining the government job, but it's depends upon status of your trial, please provide copy of f.I.r, chargesheet if any, if you have a case diary including recovery memo would be beneficial for u
