Can i claim interest for delay in gratuity

My employer deposited rs.3,90,000/- with alc,raipur in 2004 and made an appeal to rlc, raipur. Rlc gave judgement in my favour. Employer got stay from bilaspur high court in 2008. Now employer wants to do out of court settlement and withdraw the writ petition filed in bilaspur high court. I want to know how much gratuity + interest i will get from alc,raipur. Do they(alc,raipur) give interest on gratuity deposited with them by the employer. At what rate?
File a petition with the controlling Athority claiming interest for the delayed payment.You can get interest at 10 percent p/a for the belated disbursement of Gratuity.
