I have to verify the rules on compassionate job and regarding pension in CSIR. Again I need to know when your father joined in CSIR. TO BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE THERE IS PROVISIONS FOR BOTH YOUR QUERY. CAN YOU CONTACT PERSONALLY so as to analyze better since your disabled fact have some weight in job bargain.

Yes you shall be entitled to the family pension as per Rule 54 of the CCS (pension) rules, 1972. For the said purpose, you have to make a request to the appointing authority seeking advance approval for grant of such pension upon duly satisfying your disability. On acceptance of such request, you shall be issued a sanction order for grant of pension. Recently, the process of grant of pension has also been further simplified. Thank you.
