Can i apply for appointment on compassionate grounds after 1year limit

Respected sir. My father died while in service in 2011. My working in revenue department. As per amendment rule 5 I am not applying for compensation appointment within the year of death of employe now I am job less and I want this job can I apply for the compensation appointment. If yes . please provide me an answer as per rule. Thanks and regards..
No, you cannot apply for job on compassionate ground as you have mentioned that your father died in the year 2011 and it has been 5 years since his demise. The application for appointment on compassionate grounds has to be submitted within 3 years from the date of death of the Government Servant.
