21-Oct-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Respected Sirs, My query is related to my banking carrier as given here: I was the permanent employee of a nationalized bank. In one event/work bank manager has done FIR against me. After detailed inquiry police submitted final report/closure report in my favor.final judgement is pending in court of law. also, i uses RTI act and found that no case/pending inquiry/criminal background in my local police station. now my query is- 1-Can i appear in another government job recruitment/selection process? no jail/fine/arrest etc/nothing at all. 2- i dont have NOC/resignation letter from bank? 3- should i mention this case in all my future government selection process? 4- how i will show my 4-5 years in my biodata/selection process. please help me?????? Thanks
