Can Employer transfer my service to sister concern unit after I resign

I have resigned from my current job on 2/6/18 and my notice period is of 2 months but I have shown willingness to serve notice period of 29 days and pay the amount in lieu of remaining notice period and relieve me on 30/06/2018. Now my company is undergoing Merger & Acquisition phase (under clause 25(FF) - ID Act, so my question is whether my employer can transfer my employment to their another sister concern company during my notice period? If yes then can I refuse to get transferred to that company as per law??
