Sir my name is satheesh, from kerala, i joined one textil group as a IT Assistant without any offer letter and joining formality, first month salary they give like EMI 5000+7000=12000/-, next month i completed and resigned ,now they saying they are not going to give salary , when i joined as a IT Assistant ,there i have to do billing and other labour jobs, so i resigned. kindly advice me for next procedure.
It may not be worthwhile to adopt any legal procedure. Anyhow, you can send a Legal Notice demanding the salary. Also, you can escalate the issue with the Labour Officer if your post came within the definition of workman.
Either you can approach the labkur officer for holding your salary illegally. If there was no conditions before resigning or you have complied all the conditions before resignation then you sre eligible for the salary.
