Can company take legal action in case not serving notice period?

I have a signed a 1 year bond in a financial company.in which they mention if I leave company before 1 year I have to pay 2 months salary and 1 month notice.bond is on 100 rs. Stamp paper notarized.now I leave the company​ after passing 6 months without serving notice period. Is company applicable to take legal action for me..how I handle this situation help me

If you have signed a bond, then you will have to comply with the terms and conditions mentioned therein. The employment agreement entered by you with the employee company would definitely be having a reference to this bond. It entirely depends on the management of the company to take an action against you or not.

The online way out from this situation is buying out the notice period. Propose before the co. that you'll not be able to serve the notice period and rather you'll buy out the same. The should have no problem in accepting your proposal.
