Can company retain the original certificates

i have gave my certificates to private company for 2years agreement after four months in training period they told me your performance is poor and you should pay the bond amount 1lakhs and idont know what to do kindly reply me thankyou.

Only after perusing the Offer of employment ORDER copy and your ACCEPTANCE LETTER. Whether any letter regarding poor performance has been communicated to you or not. And at any cost they cannot with hold your certificates. For poor performance any recovery procedure has been shown in the contact terms or not should be known. But as per procedure either side notice should be served either one or two or three months notice. This is called notice period. IN ID ACT 1948. pl. call me for further details.
