Can bond money be transfered or recovered when leaving the company

I am currently working as Assistant manager in union bank of India where I am having a bond of Rs 2.5l for 3 years. I have already served the organisation for 1 year and 2 months. Now I have been selected for the post of Assistant Audit Officer and by this circular. I want to get my bond transferred from Union Bank of India to CAG. My query is can I get this bond transferred?

as per bond agreement you have to pay. bond agreement held between you and union bank of india so there is no way to transfer this to any other agency or authority.
