Can an Employer deny my salary if he thinks my work is not good
01-Sep-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I am employed by a small start-up in Noida since june. Last month he told me on the 19th that I can seek employment somewhere else and I will not be employed by him at end of the month anymore. So I started taking halfdays and holidays to search for new job. I worked for 20 days in that start-up in august. Now at the end of the month when I asked him for my salary, he said that your work is not satisfacory. And I can't pay you anything. What can I do?

Send a legal notice to the concerned start up asking them to clear your final dues asap otherwise they will alone be responsible for all the consequences of the legal action that you'll take against them
