Can an Employee be terminated in private job on medical grounds.

I am a permanent employee from last 8 years in Tata motor. 4yrs ago it was found that my heart has 40% efficiency. 2 months ago company unfit me. What company can do with me??
Since you have completed more than 5 years, move an application for VRS under medical unfitness and pray for grant of compassionate appointment to your dependant, if permissible by it. Also, medical unfitness entitles you to various compensation as well
