Can an appeal be made to higher authority

I have purchased half an acres of land from Ansal an Nayab Tesildar impounded my Registry illegally without any Auditor report which is not his Authority.They r not releasing it although i have said many times that u put panelty an I will pay fr it but SDM is not doing anything.Can I appeal to any higher authority to look into this matter.

Yes you can appeal against the actbof nayab tehsildar. First of all you should know the reason behind it. You can make a representation to sdm and if sdm is not talking any action then you can move forward
