Can a previous criminal complaint affect selection in government job?

Sir, I m selected in govt job India, now police verification to be held, but a question in mind about 15 years before 2003 by mistake someone registered complaint for my bike that it injured someone & case go in district court but about 5 yrs of this case court cleaned me & bike, means Bari from case, now in 2017 police verification for govt job. Can it affect this .

Once you have been acquitted from any case then that means you have not done any sort of wrong thing or crime. So you need not to be worried about the same. You are clean and absolutely fit to get the government job. My best wishes to you for your future and future endeavors.

No,acordig to law your police verification will not effected in any manner because the judgment was passed by district court in your favour and you are bari from the case. If order of district court has passed and appeal was not filed against the order of district court, it means it is confirmed order.
