Can a person be barred to work when booked under false charges

My husband working as a production manager in world wide diamonds. Some of the people given the complained theft against him. Now the compeny held 3rd party enquiry.still the enquiry also going. But they don't have any proofs also against my husband. And the management not allowing to work and they are not allowed to sit inside the compeny. In this situation what my husband can do?
See in this case it depends upon the company that whether they allow you to work or not but they need to show the cause that why are they not allowing you to work. Here you can write them a letter and ask for the reason of not allowing to work. Also you can file a case against the company under the provisions of civil procedure code for infringement of your rights.
