Dear Client, Filing a fresh writ before the Hon'ble Court is only maintainable when your earlier writ had different prayers from your fresh writ. If both of your writs had same prayer before the Hon'ble High Court then in cases as such the fresh writ is not maintainable. However if the earlier order your petition was dismissed with the liberty, then only both the petitions with the same prayer will be maintainable. And for advising you more in the matter it is required for us to go through the entire set of documents. If you need any other assistance into the matter please feel free to contact. Regards, Tushar Bahadur, (Advocate), High Court.

No you cannot file a fresh writ petition because your prayer in the fresh writ will be the same as that of your old writ petition. At best you can file a review petition....
