Can a govt employee be used for duty in their training period

Is it wrong or not to use gov employee traine for duty in his training period. I'm an gov employee and instead of giving me training they are using me for duty in my training period..How can i fight for my rights ?
The day you join the services you are duty bound to follow the service condition of the employer department now it is for the department to assign you the work you cannot challenge it but if it is violating your fundamental rights you can approach higher authorities for the redressal of your grievances otherwise you can approach highcourt
