Can a full and final settlement be ignored by the company?

Hi there, Currnty i am working with bpo as a cce (cogent eservices noida) So i want to know about fnf(instent resigine) I contact with our hr for fnf they said the fnf prosses. 1. He said there are no salary provide in fnf. 2. And you have to do 15 days recovery...

See as far as full and final settlement with regard to your employment is concerned, we will have to see the employment agreement that you have entered with your employer and thereafter we will be able to decided the next course of action.

You have to abide by the terms of your employment agreement. So if under the terms of the said Agreement, the only option you've to skip the notice is by way of paying 15 days salary to them, I'm afraid you have no alternative way.
