can a company terminate the services without Notice Period?

the company is terminating me without any notice period. they are paying me my dues and 2 months salary. bt they are not giving any details for termination. what can i do?
If they have followed the terms and conditions of your employment as in the agreement signed by you with the company which is most likely as which could be the reason why they are giving you 2 months salary along with your dues there isn't much you can do about it legally. However you must ask for the reason of your termination as you would have a remedy in case of wrongful termination of employment.
