Can a company terminate an employee without any notice

Hello Sir/Madam, i was terminated by company without notice, also when i asked for reason they said performance is not good and you are in probation period so company has right to terminate you anytime without notice & HR told me if you resign you will get reliving letter/exp letter. i asked them to provide September month full salary & all exp/reliving letter but they didn't reply back. kindly check below clause and suggest me what can i do for justice? Termination Clause- We hope your association with us will be a very long one. However, the association may be terminated by either party by giving 45 days’ notice during probation period or 60 days after confirmation of services. However, the company shall have the option, in its sole discretion, to make your termination effective at any time prior to the end of such notice period as long as the Company pays you the basic salary to which you are entitled up to the last day of such notice period.

So the term is very clear about termination means the company can terminate you with its option in its sole discretion to make your termination effective at any time prior to the end of such notice period. So its on their discretion they can terminate before the notice period gets complete means you don't have to serve the notice period or complete it.
