Can a canteen employee in central government premises claim wages?

Canteen run Central government permissess. Whether employee can claim of minimum wage of the Central wage, and if it falls state sheduld of the act ,
Yes, you do fall in the category of a workmen, however, you will have to claim the said benefits from the contractor itself. but you cannot claim the said wages from the state schedule of the act as you are working for the Central government run canteen
