Broke Company bond of Rs. 200000 for 2 years

I signed a bond of Rs. 200000 for 2 years. And my package was 2.1 lpa. I joined the company in the month of January and because of family problem and my mental health i had to leave the company. I talked to the hr and tl but they are threatening me that i have to pay the bond amount and because i am a fresher in the IT industry me and my family don't have that amount of money. They told me that we are marking you as absconded and send a legal notice. I left the company but having a lot of stress about the legal notice. And they also told me that i will not be able to work with any company if i don't pay the bond. I think my career is finished and i didn't started properly. As being an average student i was barely managing and they dropped a bomb in my head with this bond. I discussed it with my friends and family. But they are blaming me that 'Why you have to sign a bond'. Please help me as because of this i am getting anxiety issues and overthinking about it.

Hi, Greetings for the day. The employment bonds in India are legally enforceable to the extent of expenses incurred by the employer on the employee and it needs to be paid proportionally. Further we advise you to file an appropriate reply to the legal notice recieved through a lawyer
