My boss lodge FIR against me bcoz i leave the job without his permission and lodge falsly FIR for money fraud but i did nothing wrong. Plz suggest me right advice on my mail-id. Your query does not disclose the offence under which the fir has been lodged but you can file writ for quashing of the fir

Firstly under which sections the FIR has been lodged needs to be seen. If the charges are grave you need to take precautions from being arrested by filling an anticipatory bail/ fir quashing. If you have any evidence of your innocence then you can send an affidavit to the IO giving details of your version of the story.

it is advisable to talk him personally and try to solve the issue amicably.
you have not explain as to what compelled you to left the job without his permission.
there must have been some reason..... be specific to get exact and correct legal advice...
