Boss is trying to defame my work and my credibility even I am right.

My question is about to the employees rights as he served the employer more than 8 years.
This is my response to you:
1. You have the right under gratuity etc. and other employee benefits;
2. If your boss is trying to defame you then you have remedy under the employee code of conducts and harassment policy;
3. Approach the HR;
4. If matter spirals out of control then send a legal notice;
5. Consult a local lawyer and discuss your full facts.
