Bond transfer from PSU1 to PSU2

Sir, I have been working in a Psu(lets say PSU1) for the last 15 months, i have applied for the recruitment of another PSU through proper channel informing my organisation. i was also preparing for UPSC exams and i also informed them at the time of application of upsc exam. Now i got a offer from another PSU(lets say PSU2). i have got NOC from PSU1, and chance of bond transfer. Now my question is can i get bond transferred twice that is 1) from PSU1 to PSU2 2) from PSU2 to UPSC. Thanking you

Bond Transfer is an option of the Employer ask your PSU1 HR can it be considered.... If not then we can see the legal options available. Policy decision of the company will prevail upon unless it is against the law of the land...
