Bond Signed Now How To Leave The Company.

Hi,
I have been working with the company from last July, 2019 till date. The company had asked me to sign an agreement for 2.5 years. No the Scenario is i want to leave the company as i can't see the growth neither to my salary nor to my career. This company has no part to appreciate there employees and there is a case of mental tourcher. I want to break the bond with any payment to the company .
Few of the facts about the company.
1> Company is asked me to join the company and asked me to sign the bond.
2> bond is of 2.5years with the break negotiation of 2.5 lakh.
3> company is deducting 2000/- from our salary saying it as security amount and this will happen till 2.5 years.
4> Company is putting us in mental tourcher.
5> Neither they let me to take the snapshot for that bond.
what should i do to leave the company safely with employment certificate
it depends on agreement you entered at the time of joining with your employer , give the representation for your employer about the mental harrassment to take action or to respond the same and if employer not provided the copy of agreement ask it or warn to proceed as per the labour laws.
