Being an union members can I claim my arrears after resignation

19-Apr-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I was a employee union member in my organisation. I resigned my position in Dec 2016. But the union demands were kept in April 2016 and now sanctioned in April 2017. Can I get my arrears from April 2016 to December 2016

Any resigned employee is eligible to get arrears of retrospective wage revision. However, if there is a conditional clause in the settlement of wage revision to the effect that the benefits of the settlement including arrears would be only to those employees who are in the service of the organization on the date of signing of the settlement, ( and it is mostly the prevailing practice in Private Sector), those resigned prior to that date can not claim arrears.
