Bank conducted exam but no results are posted for more than 6 months

if a bank conducted an exam but they dint publish the results yet almost more than 6 months and no proper response too , to the students who approach them .. if we call to the hr they are responding for namesake like next month next month..to whom we have to complaint?
If the bank provided any details about the publication of results of the examination conducted, in their examination application you can seek legal remedy.
