Authorities rejected the VRS form, can it be challenged in the court

A haryana police employee request for vrs from 31.1.17. Competent authority allowed the same. On 09.1.17 he has made request to withdraw the same but authority competent considered and rejected the same. Whether it is challengable in court or not.

Yes it can be challenged by filing a civil suit or writ petition. The only fact to be seen is the receipt of the communication from the authorities. Whether he made the request before receiving the communication from the authorities.

First of all I will require list of dates and events in your case. When u applied for VRS and when it was allowed and when your letter from of change in Mood received by department.
Prima facie your case be good on merits.

Yes you can do the same.You can challenge that decision was taken by the Authourity.But your consent was not taken .So you can challenge that decision of the authority.But you will show the documents first us.
