I am working in spa my salary is 15000 rupees, now my boss suddenly says we the all therapist Need be have 22 days attendance or we are not eligible to get salary of that month
in this case you can send him a legal notice and if he does not comply with the terms of the notice then you can file a recovery suit under the provisions of order 32 of the civil procedure code.you can also file a suit for the violation of terms of the agreement.
