Asked to resign due to low performance

Hi team, I have been asked to put down my papers stating my low performance with extra 1 month pay. Is it all okay?
give the representation to provide reason for the termination and kindly look into your employment agreement , everything stands on it and normally employer holds discretion to terminate without notice but it's arbitrary but I. your case be is providing salary of month , if there in term absent you can take necessary steps.
