As per law how to do full and final settlement with employer

My date of joining is 03mar2017 and company is getting shutdown on 30Jun18 and they have inform us verbally on 26Jun18 can we get July month salary also? because they have given only 4 days to us. Also have a query about my pending leave's which i have not utilized.Do all my leave's will be uncash on my full and final settlement as per the LAW?

This is my response to you:
1. Was there any employment bond wherein it was stated that you can be laid off permanently and suddenly?
2. If yes, then you are bound by the terms if you signed the bond;
3. Nonetheless your company is bound to pay you some compensation also 3 months notice to you is necessary;
4. You can send a legal notice to your HR and the employer;
5. You can also file a complaint to the labour court as a method of last resort.

Yes you can claim your pending leves in your full and final settlement. Next month salary as per company norms. If it already stated you at the time of joining. Have to go through the company norms. Also check whether your company merge in any other company or not.
