Arrested for child labor what can I do

i brought 10 labour from orissa age range between 14 to 16 year. they are very poor no food for eat was available to them.the child parents requested to give them job in mumbai. i brought them spending lots of money give them 3 time good food shelter. know 2 child want to go home. I told there Mom and Dad Come and take your child. and give my money i spend to take them here. they complain in orissa police. know police came to home taken all children together and arrested me and my partener. know what should i do pls advice
Firstly, apply for bail in this matter and if you are already on bail then you need to prove in the court that the children where above the age of 14.
Secondly, try to settle the matter with the parents who have filed a complaint against you and get the FIR quashed in th Hon'ble High COurt.
THirdly, if the parents dont agree for settlement then you have no other option then to face trial and and fight the case. you can also plead guilty in this matter and get away with fine.
