One from the family i.e., heirs to succeed the estates of the deceased will be eligible to get an appointment on compassionate grounds upon the death of the deceased who died while in service, if the daughter is eligible for the appointment provided the other member heirs give a No objection letter to her such appointmen

The Allahabad High Court in a recent judgement delivered by it has entitled married daughters just like the married son to be given appointments on behalf of deceased father on compassionate grounds. Assuming, you belong to UP, they have to follow the judgement of the Court and provide your deceased father's job to you.
