Applicability of labour law for defence personnel

1. Is labour law is applicable for defence personnel l. 2. As per labour law, how many working hours in a week.
No labour law is not applicable to defence personal. They are governed by respective acts such as army act and remedy is to approach Armed forces Tribunal and jurisdiction has to be considered as per which OA will be filed before bench of AFT having jurisdiction to hear the OA.

labour laws are not applicable to defence personnels. defence forces are not construed to be industries and hence you are not subject to labour laws. the T & C of employment shall be governed by your letter of appointment if any and provisions of the Army Act, the Navy Act or the Air Force Act, as applicable.
