Am I eligible to get bonus if my basic salary was less than Rs.21000

hi I worked for a Healthcare company with more than 700 Employee, my Basic salary was less than rs 21000/- and i left the job on 13th March 2016. am i eligible to get the bonus. now they are denying saying my VDA and basic is more than rs 21000/- what can be done

You are asking us whether you are eligible for bonus or not? which cannot be answered by us as you need to check your appointment/ joining letter. Secondly the Company must be having some rules and until we go through the rules we cannot tell you whether you are eligible or not.
