I m employee of Licencee company, their is Licence agreement betn. Licencee ( our company) & another company as a Licensor. Their is a term in licencs agreement that the wages of employee of Licencee should not less than the wages of employee of Li censor. Now Licencee company denying giving equal wages to thir employee and also Licensor company ignoring same.-- can get relif from High court Via Writ Petition.
you can file a compalint angaist your employer under the unfail labour practice act also . you should file conmplaint firstly non impleamentions of the agreement in the industrial tribunal . it is also contary to payment of minimum wages act also. so you should aproch to indusrtial tribunal first. it is proper for the same.so i think industrial court / tribunal is proper forum .
