After 15 days serving notice period, still no getting salary ad later

After serving notice period of 15 days, still not getting salary, later asked to join back when said yes,still not getting any response.

Madam/Sir if you have served your notice period then you are entitled for your salary in the form of full and final settlement. However if the company is not granting the same, you can recover the same by sending a legal notice wherein you can even claim the legal expenses alongwith the full and final settlement. Are you have not mentioned what is your post in the concerned company whether you are holding a post of manager or above that and if they are not paying you you can file a suit for recovery against them in the competent court of law thank you

Hello, In such a scenario you can go ahead and issue a legal notice in the name of you Company for non compliance of their liabilities. I can guide you better if can send me your Appointment letter and other relevant documents to check the termination clause. Best, Sishmita
