Accused of profession misconduct during probation what to do

Sir I am working as a income tax inspector but I have not completed my probation I have just finished 16 month service there is allegation of professional misconduct on me during survey proceeding and it is supported by my IRS statement along with ito statement and assesse statement now tell me what should I do
