Absorbtion of terminated temporary emplys in LIC as per SC Judgement

Dear Sir/Madam, I have worked for 85 days in LIC of India as Temporary Assistant from 30/08/1990 to 22/11/1990 under Cuttack Divisional Office and I have also applied for absorption as per the notification of the corporation before 21/08/2015. Can I get a regular job in LIC as per the recent judgement of the SC ? Shall I face any written exam or viva/interview before absorption ? If I get the opportunity of regularization, what sort of benefits should I derive ? What is the exact implication of consequential benefits as mentioned in SC judgement ?

If you are working with LIC as a temporary workmen, then as per the such judgement the corporation has been directed to absorb you.
However, if you are not working with LIC and working in some other organization, then this judgement is not applicable.
