4 months salary not paid. What action can i take against the company?

Working in a company since November '14. Our salary for 4 months is pending. My post is of the Accountant. What action can i take against the company or the owner?
First, you should address a legal notice to the company detailing the amounts due and the terms of your employment. This will ensure that a formal representation has been made to the company.
If the company still refuses to do so then you may first file a criminal complaint on grounds such as fraud/cheating/misappropriation. To actually recover the amounts you will be required to file a suit.
