Who gets the insurance money after the death of a person

I have mother age 37 , and one brother brother age 20 my age 18 my father death in accident there omni Maruti vehicle on that vehicle full insurance is there the money of insurance is divided in me and my brother and mother or only for mother there is money the case is on the name of my mother and there is name of sons me and my bro .my ? Is that money only for mother or divided in three
