Accident in motor vehicle is damaged.that is full insuranced. But driver licence is expairied in before of 2months still accident time
This person is eligible to clim or not
the expiry of driving licence due to expiration of the specific period. it's very common. the driver has an opportunity to renew the same. it may caused due to his personal inconvenience but, not mechanics fault. though his licence expired, his skill, seniority and experience won't lapsed. hence you can approach a court of law.
