Accident claim was closed in july. Still we. Dint recv chq.. Can i knw wt is award copy.. Insurance company. Is. Asking. For award. Copy frm. Court
you said that accident claim was closed in July. did you file case in Court? if so, while closing the case the Court will make an order showing how much amount to be paid and who has to pay etc. That order copy is called award. you ask your advocate to get a certified copy of the said order and give it to insurance company.
in case, even then insurance company didn't pay the amount, file and execution petition before same court and get the money recovered.
