Grounds for bail in a case U/s 498(a) 304(b), 306,34 of IPC


It is a case happened in september 2016 - accused is alleged of an offence u/s 498 (a) 304(b), 306,34 of IPC,rw 4DP act. He and his family members are alleged that they demanded dowry and on which the victim (wife of accused) was injected with poison and became unconscious and when bought to the hospital she was declared as dead. Viscera not received yet from FSL . Initially bail got reected at DJ court which was before the filing of Charge sheet and now charge sheet is received and again i want to file bail petition in addl Sessions judge henceI need to know the grounds to file a bail petitionapplication

Please send the photo of the fir in my WhatsApp no so that I will find out the ground for because to prepare grounds facts of fir is necessary. If there is no poison is find in viscera then it is the Good ground

I would suggest you to collect additional documents e.g PM Report,Copy of Charge sheet and DJ Rejection order file a bail application in High Court U/S 439.You may get a relief.In Addl Sessions court there are chances of rejection.
