I and my friend give one person surity and both give empty cheque in chits funds but person don't pik any call what is the next step taken
first you request them politely to return back the Instrument and if they do not agree then issue a legal notice and thereafter file a police complaint and obtain an acknowledgment inorder to avoid misuse of Instrument in future.
