Will my Debt cause a trouble in getting permanent residence 8n foreign

I have borrowed money on interest from few people and unable to return it and its too much time having faced the trouble now i am fed up but still I never said that I won't return the money, If i have it i will absolutely return it.
I thought of fleeing out of country and settle there in foreign somewhere, Will this people be a trouble to me in that case.
The amount sums up to 50-60 lakhs.
I dont have criminal background and no court cases against me till now but dont know if someone from the lenders will file a police complaint or court case of not returning money will that cause me trouble in my residence at the foreign country.
