Wife's eligibility for PR for Australia under skilled independent visa

My wife qualification is graduation and she has one year diploma in cosmetic. She has 8 year experience in same field(in saloon & beauty parlor) She has 6 band overall in IELTS general. Her age is 29 years. She has done her post graduation by distance education. Is she eligible for PR for Australia?? Is her occupation comes under skilled independent visa?? Pls assist me Thanks
