How to get US visa when already rejected once by immigration

My US visa is rejected yesterday under section 214 b saying they are not sure of my strong ties back in india to come back to. Nor did they check any papers . what should I apply in my next visa application or changes so that my visa will be granted as i want to travel in this september?
You will have to tell me your purpose of travel so I may be able to advise you properly. Also FYI the Trump administration is very strict on immigration policies so they are not granting visa in general. Unless you share your purpose of travel I won't be able to help you
