Have 498 A FIR lodged: will it impact my US Visa ?

My wife lodged a false 498 A FIR against me , 5 yrs back in 2017 which created my criminal record. And we got divorced thereafterI was in US for 4 years before that FIR ( 2013-2016) and have cap exemption . My employer wants to file the H1B petition for me and i will go for stamping once the petition is approvedWill this 5 yrs. old 498 A FIR , can cause any problem in my H1 B petition approval or Visa stamping?

hello client as you are saying tht due to Fir . things may be tough at present no doubt but it depends on the stage of fir as well as the stGe of case going on at present. so i need to see your dull file
